Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: Dunkin’ is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to provide support to the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders, and Team, performing all duties in the Manager’s absence. The role involves overseeing floor operations and Brand Training programs, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence in compliance with Dunkin’ standards and franchisee policies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality; fluent in spoken and written English; basic computer skills; basic math and financial management skills
