Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: Wingstop is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the successful operation, growth, and prosperity of an assigned National Franchised Restaurant. The manager provides leadership to ensure compliance with all established policies, procedures, standards, Company values, and applicable laws, aiming to maximize sales and profitability through superior quality, service, and cleanliness.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; at least 18 years old; 3+ years of previous Assistant Restaurant Manager experience for external candidates, casual dining/fast-casual experience preferred; 1+ years of successful Casual Dining Restaurant Assistant General Manager experience for internal candidates; successful completion of all required Brand training and certifications; legal right to work in the United States; availability to work all hours of restaurant operations; possession of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; clearance of routine background and reference checks
