About: The Rooftop at Exchange Place located high atop the Hyatt House Jersey City is looking for a talented and versatile Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the RELAUNCH of the rooftop bar, Terrace restaurant, and banquet space. With stunning views of Manhattan and the Hudson River, this upscale establishment offers an energetic rooftop cocktail bar, an upscale dining experience at the Terrace Dining Room and Lounge, and over 7,500 square feet of banquet space perfect for various events.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in restaurant management; strong leadership and team-building skills; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to manage cost savings and labor retention; knowledge of food and beverage operations and trends
