Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job

About: Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the food and beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, guide others, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure safe and quality food delivery to customers in a timely manner, contributing to a safe environment for employees and customers.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility; 50-Hour Work Week; High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required; basic computer literacy; reliable transportation; basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical/decision-making skills; able to perform various physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs, cleaning, and maintenance activities.
