Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: Marriott International’s The Ritz-Carlton is seeking an Entry Level Management position to assist in the daily operations in Restaurants/Bars and Room Service. Responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, assisting servers and hosts during peak meal periods, and supervising relevant departments. The role focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while adhering to operational budgets and standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area. OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area.
