Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: Dunkin’ is seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers to join their team and support the Restaurant Manager in developing a team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving top-line sales. The role involves assisting in the recruitment, training, and development of employees while fulfilling assigned responsibilities from the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years of age; fluent in English; restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred; basic computer skills; proficient in math and financial management; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
