Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: Highball and Harvest Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes is seeking a Shift Manager to assist in the daily operations of its Restaurants/Bars and Room Service departments. This entry-level management position is responsible for menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, assisting servers and hosts during peak periods, and supervising the mentioned departments while ensuring guest and employee satisfaction within the operating budget guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
