Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: An Assistant Restaurant Manager position is available at a restaurant, generally responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders, and Team. They perform all duties of the Restaurant Manager in their absence, focusing on floor operations and Brand Training programs. The role involves providing strong leadership to the team to deliver excellent guest experiences, operational excellence, and drive profitable sales of a single restaurant according to Dunkin’ standards and franchisee policies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; fluent in spoken and written English; basic math and financial management skills; previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality; good analytical skills and business acumen
