Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the food and beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others. You will ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers at Taco Bell, a culture-centric, lifestyle brand known for providing craveable, affordable Mexican-inspired food with bold flavors and quality ingredients.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility; 50-hour work week; High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required; Basic computer literacy; Must have reliable transportation; Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills; Able to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping floors, lifting trash containers, cleaning the parking lot, and tolerating standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 80% of shift time
