Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years experience in restaurant/food service in a management/supervisory capacity; Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience preferred; Culinary background is desirable; Food Handlers’ Card; Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems; Ability to interact effectively with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members; Proven track record in resolving challenging situations with clients, customers, peers, and direct reports
