Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager, Detroit Hockeytown Restaurant
About: Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at Detroit Hockeytown Restaurant in Detroit, Michigan. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will provide support to the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment for leadership growth.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a food and beverage manager or restaurant manager required; Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures, with an understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation; No college degree required; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Basic organizational and mathematical abilities
