About: Bristol Brewing Company is offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager role at the Colorado Springs Airport (COS) in a high-volume retail setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred; 2+ years in retail in a management/supervisory capacity; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems; ability to interact with executives, union representatives, diverse team members, and resolve uncomfortable situations effectively.
