Position: Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) – Speedy Cafe
About: Speedy Cafe, located inside select Speedway stations, offers a variety of freshly made food and beverages at reasonable prices. As part of the 7-Eleven family of stores, Speedway is committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that employees receive proper training for success in the Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee role.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous supervisory experience preferred; ability to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching; knowledge of restaurant operations, compliance with policies, and Health Department standards; proficiency in using P&L and store reports for decision-making; ability to interpret documents and use computer applications; multitasking skills; physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
