Position: Assistant Restaurant General Manager – Brasserie B (Caesars Palace LV)
About: Caesars Palace, a world-renowned resort in Las Vegas, is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing the restaurant operation including preparation and service. Join our team to deliver personalized service in an exclusive setting with 25 unique restaurants and cafes, over 3,000 rooms, 4.5 acres of pools and gardens, and a 50,000 square foot spa.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous work in a high-caliber chef-driven property; experience in a high-volume establishment with high standards; ability to compile, compute, and analyze data for reports; flexibility to work various shifts; knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, Windows, LMS
