Position: Assistant Recreation Manager
About: Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, located in Chandler, Arizona, is currently seeking a Manager to assist with managing aspects of the pool and beach areas, including overall maintenance, daily upkeep, cleanliness, and the operation of cabana units. The position involves providing exceptional service to guests and employees, improving guest satisfaction, and maximizing financial performance. This role collaborates with direct reports to implement departmental strategies and ensure smooth operations within the recreational facilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 1 year experience in recreation/health club operations or related professional area. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Health Education, Physical Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required. Supervisory experience is a plus.
