Position: Assistant Press Operator
About: A commercial screenprinting company in downtown Columbia, SC, is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join their production team. This full-time position involves working on screenprinted materials for clients and artists worldwide.
Requirements: At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing or print production environment; strong attention to detail and commitment to quality; physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 75lbs), stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks; basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new techniques and equipment; excellent teamwork and communication skills; proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for quality; willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime during peak production periods; self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet production targets
