Requirements: Proven experience as a Baker, Cake Decorator, or Pastry Chef in a high-volume, professional environment; proficient in cake decoration techniques (e.g., piping, fondant work, sculpting) and skilled in creating a wide variety of pastries; strong understanding of baking principles, pastry techniques, and proper food handling procedures; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills; attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for producing beautiful and delicious products
