Requirements: High school diploma required; 1 to 3 years of relevant experience required; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with office machines preferred, including facsimile, high-speed copier, multi-line phone, and 10-key calculator; excellent customer service and client-focused skills; excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities; detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions and procedures, as well as prioritize calls and visitors; ability to work independently and follow directions and procedures; ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
