Requirements: 2 years of prior relevant experience in Stewarding, Kitchen Management, F&B Operations, or similar; Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative work environment; Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage operations in a fast-paced environment; Experience working in large-scale resort settings; Experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement
