Position: Assistant Manager Steward – Convention & Banquets – Mandalay Bay
About: The Assistant Manager Stewarding in Conventions at MGM Resorts International is responsible for overseeing operational functions within the convention and banquet area, ensuring proper cleaning, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed. This role involves training and supervising stewarding staff to deliver high-quality service during events and maintaining a hygienic environment in kitchens and dining areas.
Requirements: 2 years of prior relevant experience in Banquet and Conventions Stewarding, Kitchen Management, F&B Operations, or similar; Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
