About: The restaurant is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the general manager in ensuring smooth operations and potentially progress to a General Manager role as the franchise expands. The Assistant Manager’s responsibilities encompass tasks like placing vendor food orders, managing shifts, overseeing checklists, operating kitchen equipment, handling guest complaints, upholding hospitality standards, and managing cash handling procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to remain in an upright stationary position for eight plus hours a day; ability to move around the restaurant frequently throughout the day; ability to transport items up to fifty plus pounds around the restaurant; ability to read and write effectively; ability to count money
