Position: Assistant Manager/Shift Leader
About: The company is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the general manager in ensuring smooth operations, with the potential for future advancement to the role of general manager. The assistant manager’s responsibilities align closely with those of the general manager, including but not limited to: placing vendor food orders, managing inventory, overseeing shifts, ensuring checklists are completed, operating kitchen equipment, handling guest complaints, upholding guest hospitality standards, cash handling, bank deposits, dishwashing, and trash disposal.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to remain in an upright stationary position for 8+ hours a day, move around the restaurant frequently, transport items up to 50+ pounds, read and write effectively, observe details at close range, count money
