Most responsibilities align with the general manager, including placing vendor food orders, managing shifts, operating kitchen equipment, handling guest complaints, and upholding guest hospitality standards. The role also involves cash handling procedures, bringing deposits to the bank, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to remain in an upright stationary position for long hours; ability to move around frequently and transport items up to fifty pounds; effective reading, writing, and observation skills; ability to count money.
