Position: Assistant Manager – Serrano Vista Cafe
About: Reporting to the Cafe Manager, the Restaurant Assistant Cafe Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring professional and personalized guest service that aligns with the Company’s brand standard.
Requirements: High volume restaurant management or supervisory experience required; Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; High school diploma or equivalent; Two (2) years of related experience; Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; Alcohol Awareness Card; Health Card; Minimum age requirement is 21; Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.
