Position: Assistant Manager Restaurants – Vdara

Requirements: Minimum of two years of experience in the food and beverage industry within a restaurant, poolside venue, quick-service restaurant, coffee house, or a similar dining environment; prior experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement; high-volume restaurant management or supervisory experience is preferred; previous Starbucks supervisory experience is desirable; strong listening skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education; flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
