Position: Assistant Manager – Northland Square
About: As an Assistant Manager at Gap, Inc., you will set the tone for the store and the team, bringing the brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales growth through various aspects of the store, including customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. Collaborating with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, you will lead and coach team members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; 1-3 years of retail management experience; strong communication skills; passion for retail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; commitment to meeting business goals; flexible schedule availability including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends; proficient in retail technology; able to lift up to 30 pounds and travel as needed
