About: Westmark Fairbanks Hotel & Conference Center in Fairbanks, AK is seeking a Maintenance Assistant Manager to oversee technical operations and maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will ensure the upkeep of the hotel facilities and provide guidance to the maintenance team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in facilities maintenance management or equivalent experience; 4 years of experience in hotel property or facilities maintenance; valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to lift over 50 pounds; flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends; excellent customer service skills; eligibility to work in the United States
