Position: Assistant Manager Hotel – FT
About: Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Assistant Hotel Manager at SMGHA and its affiliates is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk in alignment with company policies. They will prioritize employee experiences through effective communication, fostering a positive work environment, and exhibiting strong leadership qualities. Additionally, the Assistant Hotel Manager plays a crucial role in maximizing guest satisfaction and financial success by enhancing service offerings and managing revenue streams effectively.
Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of experience in hotel and front desk operations, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience; excellent organizational and people skills; ability to lead, motivate, communicate effectively, make logical decisions, and delegate tasks; High School Diploma or equivalent
