Position: Assistant Manager – General Manager in Training
About: Team Springfield Pie, the largest Domino’s franchisee in Western MA, is family-owned and operates over five stores and growing. We have locations in Springfield, Chicopee, and soon in other cities. Springfield Pie was founded in 2004 by Augusto Garcia ‘Gus’ and his wife Sabrina, employing over 120 Team Members committed to ‘Creating Smiles by Making Lives Easier’ for customers and the community. Requirements: Previous management or food service experience is helpful but not required; ability to handle cost controls, inventory management, cash control, and customer relations; strong leadership skills in staffing, paperwork, food management, work scheduling, customer service, staff supervision, store cleanliness, and profitability; excellent communication and teamwork skills; adherence to policies and procedures at all times
