Position: Assistant Manager Banquet Steward – Aria
About: The Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward to oversee operational functions within the Banquets department. This role offers a competitive base salary with commission potential, focusing on leading and supervising utility stewards and dishwashers for efficient kitchen utensil cleaning and transport, as well as ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: Minimum of two years experience in Stewarding, Dishwashing, Food & Beverage Operations, or related fields such as custodial or janitorial services; Understanding of Catering & Banquet operations, including Banquet Event Orders (BEOs); Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen steward functions, materials, and equipment used in kitchen operations; Bilingual in languages other than English is a plus; Previous experience in a similar resort environment; Prior experience managing employees in a unionized setting under a Collective Bargaining Agreement; Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
