Position: Assistant Manager
About: Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is seeking high-energy Assistant Managers to join their team and be part of a fresh, made-from-scratch restaurant concept. The company offers opportunities to showcase culinary skills and grow in restaurant management.
Requirements: At least 18 years of age; Proof of valid driver’s license; Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand for 8+ hours; 2 or more years of management experience in the restaurant industry, managing teams of 15+ employees, interacting with customers, and coaching employees; Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may exceed 40 hours per week; Strong interpersonal communication skills, bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
