Position: Assistant Manager
About: At Checkers & Rally’s, we are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. As a member of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team, you will work closely with the General Manager to execute the restaurant plan, achieve sales and profit goals, ensure excellent guest and team service, and maintain our position as the preferred choice for both guests and employees.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; Food Safety Certified; 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR); basic math skills; Microsoft Office and general systems experience; strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours; high energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment; commitment to core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold & grow
