Position: Assistant Manager
About: This role is for a retail store looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Experience Lead to oversee all aspects of the Customer Experience, store operations, training, and team management. In the absence of the Store Manager, the selected candidate will assume all managerial responsibilities with a focus on driving sales and maximizing profit goals for the specific store.
Requirements: Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting; confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience; motivated to achieve great results through customer interactions and product knowledge; resourceful and versatile in adapting to changes in a retail environment; able to work independently and possess strong cognitive, mathematical, and analytical skills; high level of ethics and integrity; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
