Position: Assistant Manager
About: Join the International House of Pancakes (IHOP) as an Assistant Manager and be an integral part of our restaurant’s leadership team. You will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry; Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
