About: At Checkers & Rally’s, we prioritize serving our Franchisees, Company Operations, and Guests who spend their day serving others. As a member of the Field Operations People Learning & Development team, you will support the General Manager, District Manager, and New Restaurant Opening (NRO) Training Manager in executing the restaurant plan, achieving sales and profit goals, ensuring excellent Guest and Team service, leading training initiatives, and upholding restaurant metrics. Your contagious enthusiasm will strengthen our culture and brand.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR); Food Safety Certified; experience with Microsoft Office and general systems; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays; skilled in group training; excellent verbal and written communication; attentive with trainee needs; commitment to core values of service, dedication, and positivity; proficiency in restaurant business management and operations; willingness to travel for new restaurant opening training or operations support as required (up to 60% of the time depending on seasonal needs)
