Position: Assistant Manager
About: A retail store is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the customer experience, train and develop staff, lead by example on the selling floor, and maintain store standards in Miami.
Requirements: Minimum two years of experience with a proven track record for driving sales and profit results, and training and developing a team of individuals; Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis; High school education or equivalent preferred; Ability to perform heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds; Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts
