Position: Assistant Manager
About: Join the Subway Team as an Assistant Manager, focusing on delivering an exceptional guest experience, preparation and service of great food, maintaining restaurant functionality and cleanliness, inventory control, ensuring safety and security standards, and being a team player. Additionally, responsibilities include managing staff, planning special events and promotions, and assisting with product ordering and inventory.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience: Experience in restaurant operations, preferably with supervisory experience; Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of team members, basic computer knowledge; Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various areas of the restaurant, operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register, bend, stand, and walk throughout the workday, lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
