Position: Assistant Manager
About: Charleston Shoe Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work under the direction of the Store Manager and Area or Regional Manager. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading daily store operations, managing staff, and achieving the growth and profitability goals of the Company. This role requires a confident salesperson with strong leadership qualities aligned with the vision of the Founder/CEO.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of Supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred; ability to manage daily business operations, lead associates, support store financial objectives, establish customer relationships, coordinate retail location layout, enforce operational policies and procedures; strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
