Position: Assistant Manager 2025 (Recent & Upcoming Graduates)
About: This is a full-time, entry-level Assistant Manager position located within a grocery store environment at an Amazon Fresh store. The Assistant Manager will bring Amazon’s customer-centric approach to the grocery setting, leading a team to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. The role involves directing day-to-day store operations and fostering a positive store culture based on customer focus, trust, and continuous improvement.
Requirements: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree between May 2023 and August 2025; pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management, Retail, Hospitality, or related fields; ability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends, early mornings, late nights, and holidays; up to 50% travel may be required; strong communication skills and ability to lead and develop teams effectively
