Position: Assistant Manager
About: Coordinates foodservice activities of a restaurant, estimates food and beverage costs, oversees cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensures health and safety standards adherence, directs hiring and employee management, investigates and resolves complaints, reviews financial transactions to monitor budgets and ensure compliance with laws and ethical practices.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in restaurant management preferred; excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance with regulations
