Position: Assistant Manager

As a member of our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team, you will assist the General Manager in executing the restaurant plan to achieve sales and profit goals, ensure excellent Guest and Team service, and maintain high standards to be the 1st Choice for our Guests and Employees.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; Food Safety Certified; 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR); basic math skills; Microsoft Office and general systems experience; strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills; ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours; high energy level to thrive in a fast-paced environment; commitment to core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold and grow
