Position: Assistant Manager
About: Burger King is seeking Assistant Managers to lead restaurant operations focusing on profitability, guest service, people development, and operations management. These AMs support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, overseeing a team of Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members. They manage inventory, uphold health and safety standards, ensure cash control procedures, and lead the team to provide exceptional service in a clean environment. Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred; 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, management experience preferred; Understanding of P&L interpretation and management; Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills; Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
