Position: Assistant Maintenance Supervisor
About: Camden’s Assistant Maintenance Supervisors are experienced in the maintenance of multifamily communities, dedicated to creating lasting impressions for residents by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor assists in overseeing overall maintenance, repairs, make-ready process, and preventative maintenance in the community. Ideal candidate: customer-focused team player committed to meeting community goals.
Requirements: High school diploma and some college or trade school preferred; 1 year of general maintenance experience, at least 6 months of apartment maintenance experience required; EPA certification Type I, Type II, or Universal required; CPO certification preferred; must be able to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electronic systems, major appliances; Certified Apartment Service Technician (CAMT) preferred; certifications/permits required by city or state; valid driver’s license for employees utilizing Low Speed Vehicles; ability to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
