Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards; leadership skills to motivate and train a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; attention to quality in taste and presentation of dishes; organizational talent in managing prep, timing, and kitchen flow; reliability in leading by example; physical stamina to handle the demands of a bustling kitchen and lift up to 25 pounds if needed; positive, can-do attitude to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
