Position: Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor

Requirements: Three years of housekeeping or custodial experience, including or supplemented by one year of supervisory experience in a health care facility. ; High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in a housekeeping role; Proven supervisory experience; Strong leadership and organizational skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Attention to detail and a commitment to quality; Ability to work well under pressure; Knowledge of health and safety regulations; Proficiency in using housekeeping equipment and tools; Ability to manage and motivate a team; Strong problem-solving skills; Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays; Basic computer skills; Ability to lift and move heavy objects; Strong time management skills; Customer service-oriented attitude; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Knowledge of housekeeping best practices; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Positive and professional demeanor.
