Position: Assistant Hotel General Manager

About: Holiday Inn Kansas City Downtown is currently seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager in overseeing the hotel’s day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and 3 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry; excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; previous team management experience in a hospitality role; high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field; proven customer service experience as a manager; 3+ years of experience in a hotel or hospitality industry
