Position: Assistant Hospitality Manager – Tewksbury
About: Tree House Brewing, located in Tewksbury, is dedicated to delivering exceptional products and guest experiences. The Assistant Hospitality Manager will play a key role in overseeing operations at the facility, including retail, beer-to-go outpost, golf course, cocktail program, private events, and pizza program. This full-time position requires initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to the Tree House ecosystem.
Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on management experience in the hospitality industry; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality, hospitality management, or relevant field; Strong business acumen; Uncompromising desire for quality; Operational excellence; Critical thinking; Results-driven; Adaptability; Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, work flexible hours, including weekends
