Position: Assistant Guest Service Manager
About: Big Al’s is a lively entertainment venue located in Vancouver, WA, offering a combination of dining, bowling, events, and arcade experiences. We are currently seeking an Assistant Guest Service Manager to ensure exceptional guest service and staff performance on every shift.
Requirements: High school education level; exceptional knowledge of software such as Toast, Brunswick, Embed, and Paycom preferred; advanced skills in MS Office programs, especially MS Excel; demonstrated first-class level of guest service and de-escalation skills; proactive leadership skills with initiative and problem-solving abilities; inventory management experience; knowledge of alcohol licensing and serving laws; ability to obtain Alcohol certification; ability to obtain Food Handlers Certification and/or SERV Safe or HACCP Certification or equivalent
