Position: Assistant General Manager – The Green Room (Castaway)

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong knowledge of mixology and beverages; experience in upscale dining establishments managing beverage programs; exceptional leadership, communication, and training skills; proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
