About: Reporting to the Scotch 80 General Manager, the Assistant General Manager (AGM) is to assist in providing direction and leadership for the restaurant service team. Requirements: Fine dining restaurant management or supervisory experience required; Strong understanding of wine and spirits is required; Introductory level sommelier preferred; Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e., telephone, copier, fax machine; Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills; Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts; Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience; Four (4) years of related restaurant experience required; Alcohol Awareness Card and Southern Nevada Health Card; Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement
